- Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly and annual Balance Sheets and other financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow for financial efficiency.
- Analyse relevant government policies and incorporate applicable changes into company operations.
- Oversee smooth banking operations and maintain effective relationships with banks.
- Manage Bill of Entry, remittances, and other import/export-related financial documentation.
- Train and guide internal team members for efficient accounts operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for billing, vendor payments, and management reporting.
- M.Com or MBA (Finance); CA/ICWA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the manufacturing or power electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
