Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on the design, simulation, and development of power electronic converters and control systems. Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and analysis of power electronic converters

• Assist in the development and testing of closed-loop control systems

• Perform simulations using industry-standard tools

• Participate in hardware assembly, testing, and debugging activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development initiatives

• Document design outcomes, test results, and technical reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in power electronics

• Strong understanding of power converter topologies and control techniques

• Proficiency with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTSpice, or equivalent

• Hands-on exposure to hardware build-up and laboratory testing

• Interest in developing and implementing closed-loop control systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills with a self-driven and continuous learning mindset

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to embedded programming in C/C++

• Familiarity with DSP controllers, particularly TI C2000 series

• Understanding of real-time control implementation
